                            RESOLUTION NO.   21213  
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN 
                 AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY RELATIVE 
                 TO THE LAKEVIEW DRIVE INTERCEPTOR (CONTRACT NO. 
                 53B-3), MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FOR 
                 AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN 
                 THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($117,300.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley relative to needed revised 
       design and contract document preparation for the Lakeview Drive 
       Interceptor (Contract No. 53B-3) including surveys, easement 
       preparation, construction phase services and inspection for a fee 
       not to exceed $117,300.00.
